Daron Stowe- Art Instructor
Daron is returning to Edmo for her 3rd summer and cannot wait to get messyand creative in the art room! She is a senior at the University ofConnecticut, pursuing an integrated Bachelor's/Master's degree inElementary Education. Daron is passionate about reading with kids and hasbeen actively involved in elementary classrooms in Connecticut for over 5years. Daron is a huge UConn Huskies basketball fan and loves Frozen Coke!
Indio - Science Instructor
Indio did his undergraduate coursework in Environmental Studies at Sonoma State. He has worked four summers as the Lead Counselor at the Clem Miller Environmental Education Science Camp in Point Reyes, California, as well as a Naturalist at the Environmental Discovery Center of Sonoma County. In addition he has been actively involved in the City of Santa Rosa's Organic Community Garden and a tutor in the city's After School Program. His interests also include geology, meteorology, botany, disc golf, backpacking, travel, all types of music, theater, and comedy.
Kalen Roloff- Recreation Instructor
Kalen completed her undergraduate degree in Environmental Education and plans to begin her credential program in the Spring. While in college she worked for the Recreation Center and for Outdoor Pursuits as an outdoor leader. In addition she organized and administered freshman outdoor welcome programs. She has a passion for hands-on experiential learning and is looking forward to rocking your campers this summer.
Zach Stewart- Lead Counselor
My name is Zach Stewart. I'm 18 years old, born and raised right here in San Anselmo. I love music and play drums and guitar. I also enjoy basketball, swimming, and pretty much any sport that can be played in the sun. I just graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School and in the fall I'm headed to the University of Wisconsin at Madison. I was a counselor last year at Camp EDMO and had a blast. This year I'm looking forward to making camp a great environment for both learning and fun, and I can't wait to get started!
Kyle Amsler- Leas Counselor
Kyle is a returning lead counselor who worked at the Mill Valley Camp Edventure More last summer. She recently finished her sophomore year at the University of Oregon, where she is majoring in English and Political Science. After she completes her under gradate degree, she hopes to go to law school and focus in juvenile law. Kyle has been working and volunteering with kids for a number of years, and has a passion for assisting children explore the world around them. She especially enjoys working with campers in art class, watching them create their masterpieces! She is very excited to be a returning counselor for Camp Edmo and looks forward to Having a great summer filled with fun, learning, and goofyness!
